Data-handling notice
This notice explains the data used by the AIxAlgo website, account-linked licence service and payment workflow, run by Mr. Tony, trading as AIxAlgo. Contact: aixalgotrade@gmail.com. It describes the implemented service and does not claim independent privacy certification.
Licence and terminal information
The licence service receives the MT5 account login and exact broker-server name to bind access to the correct account. It stores account identifiers, cryptographic licence-key hashes, trial and access timing, terminal-instance identifiers and active-session expiry. These records enable authentication, one-active-terminal checks and access renewal. Hashed identifiers remain linkable to service records and are not described as anonymous.
Usage overview
The owner-only support dashboard records the first and most recent successful licence connection, access status and expiry, and receipt of a first-trade acknowledgement. Download links use daily aggregate request counts without adding a tracking cookie or storing visitor IP addresses in the usage tables. A download request does not prove a completed transfer, and a licence connection does not prove trading activity. These observations help support customers and understand adoption. The usage dashboard does not collect broker passwords, trading history or licence keys.
Account balance
Your EA reports your account balance and account currency with each licence check. We store your latest balance and your highest balance from the last 30 days, in US dollars, only to set your price level. It is not shared with anyone. We do not receive your trades.
Payment records
The service stores order, checkout-session and provider-payment references, plan, amount, currency, verification state, event digests and timestamps. These records support verified delivery, duplicate prevention, reconciliation, refunds and payment-dispute adjustments. Card details are entered on Stripe’s hosted payment page; the AIxAlgo checkout does not store card numbers or card security codes.
Information exchanged with Stripe
Stripe receives the selected payment details, order identifiers, hashed account metadata and return URLs needed for checkout. Private return links contain an order-access capability; treat them as confidential. Provider notifications may include additional billing information during verification. Stripe’s handling of information is described in Stripe’s Privacy Policy.
Abuse prevention and operational records
Registration rate limiting uses a hashed identifier derived from the request IP address. Rate-limit records expire and may be cleaned on later requests. Service errors and security or recovery operations can create operational records, including timestamps, case references and old/new key hashes. Hosting and payment providers may also process connection and security logs under their own practices.
Retention and your private files
Licence and payment-ledger records are retained to maintain access history, prevent repeated trial grants and duplicate payments, and reconcile later payment changes. The implementation does not automatically erase those records when a trial or terminal lease expires. This notice does not promise a fixed deletion period. Local licence, receipt and trading-state files remain on your computer or VPS unless you move or delete them; keep backups private.
Website use and documentation
The application source does not include active advertising or visitor-analytics scripts. This does not establish that hosting infrastructure or Stripe uses no cookies or logs. AIxAlgo provides self-service documentation and no customer-support ticket service. Do not publish account credentials, licence files, private checkout URLs or unredacted logs when discussing the software.
